1 Sensitivity to the Numerical Setup of the Model To investigate the sensitivity of our method to changes in the numerical setups of the underlying ODE model, we re-ran all simulations for different values of EGF and EGFR. We first experimented with different concentrations of EGF stimulus keeping the same EGFR concentration of 50000 molecules and then with different concentrations of EGFR keeping the same EGF stimulus of 4981 molecules.
